Coolmine Dublin Bay Cycle 23rd May

 

The Annual Coolmine Dublin Bay Cycle takes place on Sunday May 23rd. Join members of the Dublin Senior Football Team and cycle the bay in aid of Coolmine Therapeutic Community. This is a leisurely cycle suitable for 16+ age group with plenty of stops en route. (Younger family members can join anywhere along the route) It begins in Bray at 11am and travels via the Mansion House on Dawson Street to Howth to arrive at 3pm. Transport for bicycles can be arranged and free DART tickets are available for those participating. Entrants are recommended to fundraise €100 students €200 adults €300 family.

Charity Cycle Dublin to Belfast 29th May

Rotary Club of Dublin Central are organising a charity cycle from Dublin to Belfast on the 29th May.

Funds raised will go to Rutland Street National School (Dublin), Irish Hospice Foundation (Irl), Light of Maasai Project (Kenya). See www.bike2belfast.com for details.

Cycling Campaign at Ecofair in Greenhouse on St. Andrew Street

Joe Daly Memorial Cycle Rally: Sun 20 June 2010

This annual charity fun-run for all ages in aid of Simpson's Hospital starts at 10:00 from, and finishes at, the hospital (Wyckham, Dundrum end of Ballinteer Rd), with a rest break outside Enniskerry.  Distance is about 12km each way.  Sponsorship cards are available from Joe Daly Cycles in Dundrum.  Participants are welcome to turn up on the morning.

Festival of World Cultures in Dun Laoghaire - 23-25 July 2010

The Cycling Campaign hopes to have a presence at this year's festival. Details available soon.
